Cancellation policy

A deposit of 20% of the treatment book is required when making an online booking and for new clients, or clients have not turned up once before will need to make a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment, the deposit is fully redeemable against the cost of your treatment when you attend your appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice so we can offer you a more convenient time and and avoid the cancellation fee.

If you do not turn up for your appointment or provide us with 24 hrs notice when moving an appointment the deposit is none refundable. we are within our rights to charge the full amount of the treatment booked.

All clients should provide a number or email address so the appointment can be confirmed.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are late we will only be able to provide you with the time we have left of the appointment booked. please call us to let us know of a late arrival.
